New Logo Helps Triangle Celebrate Past, Look to Future
(February 16, 2009) – As it marks 90 years of industry service, Triangle Suspension Systems, Inc. has introduced a new logo to represent the company's commitment to quality, customer service and investment in the future.
Since 1919, the Triangle name has been synonymous with steel leaf springs. Originally located in the "Golden Triangle" section of Pittsburgh, in 1927 Triangle's base of operations moved to DuBois, Pa. Today, Triangle operates manufacturing facilities in DuBois and Punxsutawney, Pa., and will begin production at a new facility in Mount Olive, N.C., this spring. The company also has distribution centers in Pennsylvania, Oklahoma and California.
The new logo reflects how Triangle recognizes the past and embraces the future while representing its three key product lines in the multi-colored triangle: RED for Flagg Suspension Parts and accessories, BLUE for Triangle Leaf Springs, and GOLD for Triangle Air Springs. Future literature and catalogs will reflect this change.
"The new logo signals exciting changes on the horizon at Triangle," said Triangle President John Howard. "Triangle's position as a high quality manufacturer and distributor will be enhanced by the next generation of improvements in our products and processes. We are investing in long-term relationships with our customers."
Triangle Suspension Systems is a Marmon Highway Technologies/Berkshire Hathaway company. Marmon Highway Technologies (MHT) supports the highway transportation industry with a broad range of products primarily for the medium- and heavy-duty markets.
